Resident Payments
At Choice Professional Management, we offer several convenient ways for you to pay your monthly common charges. Choose the option that works best for you.
- ACH (Automatic Bank Transfer)

ACH payments let us securely transfer your monthly charges from your bank account directly to the Association’s account. Set it and forget it—your payments will always be on time, and you’ll avoid late fees.
- To set up ACH via the Resident Portal:
- Log in to the Resident Portal
- Select "Payments" from the menu
- Click "Make a Payment"
- Choose "Bank Account"
- Enter your billing address and account info
- Credit Card

Pay online using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. You can make one-time or recurring payments easily through the Resident Portal.
- To pay by credit card:
- Log in to the Resident Portal
- Select "Payments"
- Click "Make a Payment"
- Choose "Credit Card"
- Enter billing address and credit card details
- Personal Check
Prefer to mail a check? Follow these simple steps:- Payable to: Your Community Name
- Amount: Your monthly charge
- Memo: Include your Unit Number

- eCheck (Through Your Bank)
An eCheck is a digital version of a paper check that can be scheduled directly through your personal bank account.
- To set up an eCheck:
- Log into your bank account
- Add a new payee:
- Name: Your Community Name
- Address: 525 West Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, NY 11787
- Memo: Your Unit Number
- Set up monthly recurring payments if desired
- Please consult your bank for instructions specific to your account.
- Money Order

Money orders can be purchased at any USPS location or retailer that offers them.
